The IRN-BRU Carnival makes a thrilling return

Que the lights and screams… from 21 December 2016 until 15 January 2017* the ultimate adrenaline lovers’ playground, the IRN-BRU Carnival, is set to take over the SECC, Glasgow.

New this year is thrill rides ‘King Loops’ and ‘Superbowl’, along with the ‘Ice Mirror Maze’ for kids. Making its big return by popular demand is the gravity-defying ‘Sticky wall’– facing a force equivalent to three times that of gravity, riders are levitated into the air as the floor beneath their feet disappears!

Celebrating 96 years of family fun, the IRN-BRU Carnival is Europe’s largest indoor funfair with over 65 rides and attractions. Other thrill rides include Speed Buzz, Top Star and Drop Zone. There are family favourites such as the dodgems, carousel and waltzers. Also back by popular demand for a second year is the Inflatable Play Area, where kids can bounce until their hearts are content.

Whether it’s the sea of colour and flashing lights, sweet scent of candy floss or the pure excitement and thrill of the rides, there is something for all ages. As a festive-season ‘must do’, make sure to book your tickets in advance*** for easy entry into the hall.
