The Ivy on the Square launches “From Your Garden to Ours”
This month, the terrace at The Ivy on the Square has been transformed into a magical greenhouse and garden with a bespoke floral installation, creating a city centre sanctuary, complemented by a menu of themed cocktails available Thursday, 13 August until Thursday, 22 October in collaboration with Edrington-Beam Suntory UK.
Alongside the beautiful bespoke floral installation, The Ivy on the Square transport’s guests to their garden with a special cocktail menu created by the brasserie’s expert bar team.
Refreshing cocktails include Ao Sora, made with Roku Gin, Blue Curacao, yuzu juice, topped with Fever-Tree Mexican Lime and Yuzu Soda; Hanami Martinez made with Roku Gin, Cherry Blossom vermouth, Velvet Falernum, Maraschino Liqueur and a dash of orange bitters; Osaka Mule, with Haku Vodka, Akashi-Tai Honjozo Kuro Sake, lime juice, topped with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, garnished with a lime wedge and mint sprig; Umeboshi Old Fashioned, The Macallan 12 year-old ld Double Cask Scotch, Akashi-Tai Shiraume Umeshu Plum Sake, sugar syrup and a dash of plum bitters and Naked Bramble, Naked Grouse, lemon juice, sugar syrup, a float of Crème de Mure, garnished with cherries.
