We are looking for an ambitious account manager to join our friendly team. If you are proactive, creative and looking for a role that will allow you to take more responsibility and develop your career, we want to hear from you.

This role can be based in our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. We are currently hybrid working (three days/week in the office, two days/week at home).It will include:

• Developing creative ideas and campaigns to support the objectives of your portfolio of consumer and public sector clients
• Building strong client relationships
• Driving forward multiple projects and campaigns efficiently and to deadline
• Preparing media materials, liaising with the press and managing enquiries
• Copywriting on-message content for a variety of audiences and collateral
• Working with influencers to develop engaging content that meets client briefs
• Contributing to new business proposals and strategic plans
• Evaluating activity using the best practice AMEC framework

We are looking for someone with:

• A passion for keeping on top of current affairs and sector trends
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• A can do mindset who shows good initiative
• Great time management and organisational skills
• Creativity and an appetite to try new things
• A solid media and influencer network
• Around 4-5 years experience, ideally with some agency experience
