All roles will be based in Glasgow. We are currently hybrid working (three days/week in the office, two days/week at home).

Account executive

 

We are looking for people who have:

 

• A genuine interest in the media and social media landscape
• Ambition and a desire to learn
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• A can-do mindset and good initiative
• Great time management and organisational skills

 

Account manager

 

We are looking for people who have:

 

• The ability to build strong client relationships and take ownership of key pieces of communication activity
• Great time management and organisational skills to drive forward multiple projects and campaigns efficiently and to deadline
• A passion for keeping on top of current affairs and sector trends
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A solid media and influencer network
• Around 4-5 years experience, ideally with some agency experience

 

Senior account manager/account director

 

We are looking for people who have:

 

• The ability to plan, direct and deliver creative, effective communications strategies that build our clients’ reputations and establish them as experts in their field
• Confidence in providing senior counsel to clients, advising on issues, identifying opportunities and threats and generating ideas
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to build client and team relationships at all levels
• Problem solving skills and track record of producing creative solutions
• Experience in preparing new business proposals/tenders and commercial acumen
• An eye for detail and quality control to oversee and ensure consistently high quality of work from account teams

• Previous agency experience at a similar level
