This role will include:
- Creating social media content strategies for consumer, corporate and public sector clients and ensuring they are delivered effectively
- Developing creative social media content calendars and managing posting of content
- Monitoring accounts and community management, engaging with followers in line with brand guidelines
- Planning and managing paid for campaigns
- Analysing and understanding social media audiences - audience research, competitor research and benchmarking
- Producing monthly analytics reports and advising on improvements or changes to strategic approach
- Working with account teams, keyword research and monitoring trends to identify opportunities for social media activity as part of integrated campaigns
We are looking for someone with:
- In-depth insight and understanding of the main social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok
- Around three to four years’ experience managing social media content on a day to day basis
- Strong copywriting skills and good attention to detail
- A creative, analytical mindset
- A track record in delivering paid for campaigns – advertising certifications would be preferred but not essential
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Sprout Social
