Digital marketing manager

We’re looking for a digital marketing manager to join our friendly, ambitious team. You will be working across the agency with a variety of different clients to support their digital marketing work as well as feeding into integrated campaigns and activity.

 

This role will be based in Glasgow. We are currently hybrid working (three days/week in the office, two days/week at home).

This role will include:

 

• Developing digital advertising and marketing campaigns across a range of client accounts
• Working closely with our creative content lead and account leads to ensure integration across activity
• Advising clients on website content and basic UX and SEO; keeping website content up to date using CMS
• Supporting clients with newsletter marketing, advising on content and database management, and analysing performance data
• Developing and managing paid social, display + PPC ad campaigns
• Producing data-driven digital and social media reports with clear insights and recommendations on digital marketing performance
• Conducting digital research to identify trends and provide competitor analysis

 

We are looking for someone with:

 

• Four to five years experience delivering successful digital advertising and content marketing campaigns, ideally with some agency experience
• The ability to advise clients on digital marketing as a standalone discipline and as part of integrated communications campaigns
• GA4 certification and a good working knowledge of reporting and analytics – we will support the right candidate in completing certification if not already in place
• Experience working with various CMS systems including WordPress, Umbraco and Silverstripe
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality outputs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work across multiple client accounts with different teams
• Proactivity in identifying new opportunities, tactics and channels to meet clients’ objectives
