Account Director/Associate Director.

This role will include:

• Planning, directing and delivering creative, effective communications strategies that build our clients’ reputations and establish them as experts in their field
• Overseeing and ensuring consistent quality of work from account teams and specialists across PR, public affairs and digital marketing to successfully deliver these communications strategies
• Providing senior counsel to clients, advising on issues and generating ideas
• Managing, motivating and developing account teams
• Building strong client relationships and facilitating organic client growth
• Leading new business proposals to grow fee income
• Evaluating activity using the best practice AMEC framework
• Budgeting and financial accountability

We are looking for someone with:

• Creativity and ambition
• Around eight to ten years PR experience, agency experience essential
• A solid media and influencer network
• Confidence in providing advice and support across multiple client accounts
• Excellent communications skills and ability to build client and team relationships at all levels
• Problem solving ability and track record of producing creative solutions
• Experience in preparing new business proposals/tenders
• Commercial acumen
• An eye for detail and quality control
