Unveiling some of the world's most cutting edge cocktail techniques, Diageo’s finest will join the team at Broughton Street bar Treacle on Thursday 3 March, to bring a true taste experience to the capital as part of the annual World Class Bar Takeover. 

Martin Luney, managing director of Big Red Teapot Ltd, commented, “Last year’s takeovers took place in Istanbul and Cape Town so for the event to come to Edinburgh is a big coup for the city. 

“We’re in good company with so many great independent bars around Edinburgh who are often praised locally for their creativity – but this event gives us a chance to showcase our work on a global stage.” 

The capital’s most discerning drinkers and cocktail connoisseurs can revel in the ultimate drinks experience with bespoke menus making use of luxury spirit heroes including Tanqueray No. TEN, Johnnie Walker and Ketel One vodka.
